Skin Care - Routine and Products

Hello guys! I am back.

Skincare is more important than make up.

Your skin is with you until you grow old and you have to take care of it. I personally don't go to a dermatologist to help out with my skin because it's very expensive. I will blog about the products I use and how I use it on a daily basis. My skin care routine is very simple and you can find these products in Watsons. Let's begin!

Pre-Cleanse (Make up Remover)
Step 1 - PRE-CLEANSE: What I use to remove my make up is the Lips & Eyes Make up Remover from Etude House. It removes all of the make up on my face and it also easily removes waterproof mascara.

Step 2 - CLEANSER: I use is the Cetaphil Mild Cleanser. It is very mild and it feels like your cleaning your face with milk. I use this every morning and night.

*Another product I just discovered is the Baking Powder BB deep Cleansing Foam from Etude House. After trying it once, it made my face squeaky clean! I really like this cleanser and I plan on using this if I wore heavy make up during the day. I won't really use this all the time since Cetaphil is my holy grail cleanser.

*EXFOLIATOR:  I am still on a hunt for gentle ones (Comment down below for suggestions)

Step 3 -  TONER: To remove the deep seated dirt/make up on my face, I use Eskinol Spotless White Pure Calamsi Extract. This toner is a bit strong for my skin so I use just a little bit of the product and wipe it on my skin using a cotton ball. The Calamansi extract is known to whiten the dark spots on my skin. Just a warning: This toner may not work for other skin types. Also, if you don't like strong smelling toners, stay away from this one. (I use this at night time or before I wear my make up)

*MASK: I use different kinds of mask. Most of my favorite mask products are from Etude House. (I don't use masks everyday! Maybe once a week)

Step 4 - MOISTURIZER: For this step, I use the Cetaphil Moisturizer. It is a very thick cream. I already have oily-combination skin so I only use this moisturizer at night. This product leaves my skin soft and very smooth. (I also use this -just a pea sized amount- before I wear my make up - as a base)

-DISCLAIMER-

*I know that there are  Cetaphil Products and Etude House products mentioned in this blog. This blog is not sponsored... I really have no partners with any brands to begin with. I just like their products very much and it really works from my skin type which is Sensitive, Acne prone, Oily combination skin.

*I am also not an expert on skin care and make up... These products are just my own way of maintaining my skin.

*Also, there are steps that I skipped... like Exfoliating and the Serums and Natural oils. I am still on a hunt for good exfoliators that are still gentle... and also I still need to educate myself on what serums to look for. If you have suggestions please comment down below!

This blog will be updated if there will be changes on my skin care routine.

xoxo,
Camille

Pinkberry Creme Lipstick of Estee Lauder

Hey guys!
I have another lipstick to review. This lipstick is not my favorite lipstick because of the scent of it. You'll know why later. It is the Pinkberry Creme Lipstick of Estee Lauder, which is good for an everyday lipstick. Like always, I'll be posting the pictures below.

Here are my thoughts: (The lipstick is actually on my lips right now as I type my thoughts)

Application: This product is very smooth and very creamy, which is why it's easy to apply.

How it looks on my lips: I can call this my "my lips but better" kind of lipstick. It gives my lips a little bit of shine. Color pay off is great. It gives you a nude-pink color. I recommend this for an everyday (If the smell doesn't bother you) lipstick because it's very neutral.

How it feels on my lips: This product does not dry out my lips. It's very moisturizing because of the creamy texture.

Smell: I don't like the smell of this lipstick. It's a good product, but the smell drives me crazy. It makes me want to remove the lipstick because it bothers me. It smells like crayon. It smells too "cosmetic-y" (I hope you understand what I meant by that) ... I don't know how to describe it. I'm not a fan of scented lipsticks, so for those people who like this product, I totally respect your opinion. If you like it, that's great. I personally just don't like the smell.

Packaging: This product looks very elegant especially the gold detail at the middle of the tube.

I hope this review helped you!

xoxo,
Camille

As promised... here are the pictures of the swatch, the transfer test, how the lipstick looks on my lips, and the picture of the packaging.
